B2 club teams train and compete in BOTH indoor and beach volleyball in the same season.

2023 Tournament Schedules & Team Fees

Season Info

  • Practices begin first week of December
  • Practices are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
    • 14s/13s & 12s – 5:00pm-7:00pm
    • 18s/17s & 16s/15s – 7:00pm-9:00pm
    • Saturdays TBA
  • Beach begins after Red Rock Rave
  • Santa Cruz tournaments are additional fee. Players will sign up on their own.
  • Team fee includes: tournament fees, facility fees, coaching fees, coaches travel & memberships, administrative fees, uniform package.
  • Uniform package includes: 3 jerseys, 2 spandex, backpack, sweatshirt & pant, warm up shirt, tank top, ball

Team Fee: $3,150*

All participants must be NCVA Members. 2020/21 memberships are valid. New members must purchase SUMMER Camps and Clinics Membership ($25). Purchase NCVA Membership HERE. Membership number is required at time of registration. Must show member card at time of clinics and tryouts.

What Age to Tryout For?

USA JUNIOR OLYMPIC VOLLEYBALL 
AGE DIVISION DEFINITIONS 2022-2023 SEASON
 Once a player participates (including but not limited to practicing, training, attending workouts and/or competing) in a club or varsity program for any university, college, community college, or junior college, he/she is ineligible to take part in any regional and national programming, which includes but is not limited to national JNC qualifying and championship events.
18 and under division   Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2004 or Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2003 and a high school student in the 12th grade during some part of the academic year.
17 and under division Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2005
16 and under division Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2006
15 and under division Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2007
14 and under division Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2008
13 and under division Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2009
 12 and under division Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2010

Not sure what age division you should try out for?  Simple. Just figure out how old you will be next year on July 1, 2023. You are eligible to play in that age group or an older age group.  Players are allowed to play up in an older age division, but are not allowed to play down in age.  The birth date cut-off set by USA Volleyball is September 1.
